    Physical Therapy for Runners

Our physical therapists help runners optimize their stride, improve efficiency, and address muscle imbalances. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned marathoner, our physical therapists will work with you to correct form, reduce the risk of common issues such as IT band syndrome, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, hip pain, and runner’s knee, and help keep you running longer, stronger, and more comfortably.

    Physical Therapy for Golfers

Golfing can put immense strain on the body. Lack of flexibility, muscle weakness, improper technique, and overuse can all lead to injury. The neck, shoulders, back, hips, elbows, and wrists are all vulnerable to injuries when swinging. The physical therapists at Apple Physical Therapy will help you strengthen your muscles, lowering the risk of injury so you can stay at the top of your game.
